Date choice affects pricing greatly! For example, Saturdays will have both the highest site fee and the highest catering minimum. The time of year also impacts pricing. The summer season (June – September) will have the highest pricing of the year. May and October and Summer non-Saturdays are a beautiful time to get married and can save you considerably on your site fee and catering minimum.

Abernethy Center does not offer ceremony-only packages at this time. You can host a ceremony and reception or just a reception with us.

Your site fee includes venue access, wedding suites, parking, tables and chairs, and support from our Event Specialist to help guide your planning experience.

Yes! Additional event hours may be added to your wedding day for $500 per hour, based on venue availability, and no less than 6 weeks prior. Events may begin as early as 7:00 AM, with site close times of 10:30 PM in Abigail’s Garden and 11:00 PM in the Ballroom.

Yes! Our wedding collections are designed to create a seamless and stress-free experience with venue amenities, catering options, event staff, bar services, and coordination enhancements available.

Tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, cake cutting service, and event setup for Abernethy Center contracted details are included. Linen rentals and upgraded selections are also available and coordinated by our team.
