Events at Abernethy Center include many of the essentials needed to make hosting easy, including tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, event staff, setup and cleanup, and on-site parking. Our full-service Oregon City event venue also offers in-house catering and bar service, so you can keep more of your event planning in one place.

Our in-house culinary team offers more than 150 catering menu options, making it easy to create a menu that fits your event, guests, and budget. From appetizers and cocktail-style gatherings to buffets and full dinners, our catering options can be customized to complement everything from corporate events and fundraisers to milestone celebrations and holiday parties.

DOES ABERNETHY CENTER PROVIDE AV EQUIPMENT FOR EVENTS?

Abernethy Center does not provide in-house AV equipment, but you are welcome to bring in a DJ, AV company, or other professional event vendor for your audio and visual needs. We have some wonderful recommendations as part of our SMOOCH Vendor community! Our event spaces can accommodate common AV setups for presentations, speeches, auctions, fundraisers, corporate events, celebrations, and entertainment, and our team can help answer venue-specific questions as you plan your setup.

Yes! We welcome décor that helps personalize your event, whether you're creating a themed birthday party, elegant fundraiser, festive holiday party, or colorful Quinceañera. Your contracted event timeframe includes access for vendor arrival, decorating, setup, your event, and cleanup, so our team can help you determine the best timeline for your plans.
